What to Expect When You're Expecting - Review & Giveaway

If you're expecting, are trying to get pregnant or recently had a baby (and wish they came with instructions) then the What to Expect... line of books by Heidi Murkoff are worth their weight in gold. I have used these books with my own children and they are truly indispensable. This is a set of books you will want your own daughters to have. From the moment you find out you are pregnant you will want to start reading What to Expect When You're Expecting. Tons of questions and answers, whats is normal and when you need to contact your doctor, dedicated chapters to each month of your pregnancy plus the postpartum period. There are also sections about dads, pregnancy loss, pre-conception and eating well during your pregnancy. There is really no other book you need to answer your questions about pregnancy. Once your bundle of joy arrives, you can take heart in knowing there is an instruction manual available, Heidi's What to Expect the First Year is 784 pages of everything you need to know about your little one. Like the pregnancy book, it has dedicated chapters to each month  of your baby's first year plus additional sections on topics such as special needs, first aid, when baby is sick and so much more. Also available is What to Expect the Second Year. From that first year birthday milestone and through out the second year Heidi provides you with all you need to know as your child learns to walk, run and become increasingly more curious about their surroundings.
